BurnerCheck sells professional diagnostic test equipment for trained heating and oil burner technicians.

Our products are designed to help qualified professionals test and diagnose burner components in the field.

BurnerCheck is a diagnostic aid only. It is intended for use by trained professionals who understand heating and oil burner systems.

You remain responsible for safe working practices at all times. You must confirm the condition and safe operation of any appliance before returning it to service.

BurnerCheck does not replace professional judgement, manufacturer instructions, or applicable safety standards.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications may change slightly as the product is improved over time.

BurnerCheck may update firmware, hardware versions, packaging, or accessories without notice.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR) unless stated otherwise.

VAT is not currently charged unless BurnerCheck becomes VAT registered.

Shipping costs are added at checkout where applicable.

Payments may be processed using Revolut or other supported payment methods shown at checkout.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times shown at checkout or in order updates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside BurnerCheck's control, such as courier issues or customs processing.

If you are an EU customer buying online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for unused goods.

To return a product under this cooling-off period, you must contact BurnerCheck within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product should be unused, complete with accessories, and returned in original packaging where reasonably possible.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage.

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

If a product appears faulty, please contact BurnerCheck first so we can help with troubleshooting.

If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, BurnerCheck may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, BurnerCheck will cover reasonable return postage.

BurnerCheck products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BurnerCheck is not liable for indirect loss, loss of earnings, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The BurnerCheck name, logo, product design, software, PCB design, manuals, and website content remain the property of BurnerCheck.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use BurnerCheck intellectual property without our written permission.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
